My mission as a personal trainer and health coach is to teach professionals over 30 to:

  • Complete strong, powerful workouts in one hour or less

  • Properly lift weights without getting hurt

  • Eat to feel energized and full throughout your day

  • Prevent/accommodate injury

  • Combat the hours spent sitting at a desk day to day

my story

When I started this journey I was feeling very similar to the way most of my clients feel when they first reach out to me. Frustrated with my body, struggling with daily aches and pains, and hopeless that this whole "healthy lifestyle" is really attainable. I was constantly “on the wagon” only to fall off two weeks later, and have to restart the process from scratch. During the past decade I have worked A LOT on my mindset, testing my mental strength, figuring out why I emotionally eat, and the best combinations of strength training, cardio, and stretching.

I have since made it my personal mission to learn everything and anything I could about how to work out more efficiently, through injuries, and how to motivate other people. I’ve spent the last 8 years falling in love with the process of helping other people achieve their highest potential while working through their own limitations.
